Menu Selections
We request that menu selections be made at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled event date. We can serve up to 18 guests off our regular menu. A final count is needed one week prior to your event.


Pricing
The customary 18% service charge and 6.5% state sales tax is applied. We charge $1.00 per person cutting fees for outside cakes. Liquor is served and charged a per drink basis. Please ask for more details. Prices are subject to change.


Final Guarantees

We request food guarantees be called in one week prior to your scheduled event date. Food will be prepared to accommodate 5% above the guarantee. There will be no allowances made for parties that fall below their final guarantee. Items ordered but not served may not be taken out.


Room Charge

A room usage fee will be added to all Special Function Bookings. Please ask for more details.

Deposits
A deposit is needed to reserve your date which will be deducted from the balance of your bill.  No refunds 90 days prior to your event.


State Regulations
No food or beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, may be brought in or taken out of the Mill Race Inn by clients or other guests without prior approval.
